My Story
I am a final-year undergraduate student and study Broadcast Journalism at De Montfort University, Leicester.
Despite my student status, I have already been published in various publications.
I’m currently undertaking two internships to widen my journalistic horizons and increase my portfolio of industry-standard work. The first at the Brighton Journal and the second at my local paper, the Tandridge Independent.

Tackling these while studying for my degree (in which I’m on track to attain First-Class Honours) demonstrates my ambition and drive.

I can proudly say I grasp any opportunity possible to further my journalistic knowledge and advance in my career. I am motivated to learn, grow and excel within the journalism sector.

Soon after I graduate, I aim for a career in political journalism as I am deeply engrossed in the political climate of our nation. Driven and consistent, I know I will achieve my dream.

Born in Croydon, I spent most of my childhood at Old Palace of John Whitgift School for girls. Although now I live in my family home in Caterham, Surrey.

Outside of journalism, I enjoy reading classic novels, playing the piano and practising martial arts, which I have done for more than half my life.
